For women just discovering WOW. Come to your first event, meet inspiring women and experience a community where conversations truly matter.
For women who want to go deeper. In our Learning Circles we explore ideas that bring clarity, strength and meaning to everyday life.
For women who need a moment for themselves. From wellness retreats to sports programs — space to draw new energy.
For women actively helping to build WOW. As a sponsor, partner or mentor, you secure this space for future generations.
WOW is built for long-term connection, not one-off events. Every gathering is part of an ongoing conversation.
We prioritize emotional safety, respect and presence. How something is done matters just as much as what is done.
Growth matters — but only when it strengthens the community. We choose intention over volume.
Every WOW event begins with a question — not a format. What does this space need right now? Which conversations are missing? We design around meaning, not structure.
WOW exists offline first. Through talks, workshops and shared evenings we create spaces free of pressure, perfection or expectations.
Connection doesn’t end when the event ends. We keep conversations going — through shared channels and community touchpoints, quietly but steadily.
WOW grows through consistency, not acceleration. We listen, adapt and expand carefully — so every step feels like WOW.
“Since joining WOW, I think differently, I feel differently. I am so much happier. I have found meaning in my life.”
“WOW was my door to everything. I’m now involved everywhere, happier, I’ve started a business — that is WOW’s success.”
“Someone is thinking of women. My needs are heard. I meet so many women from all of Vienna’s communities.”
From a small learning circle to a community of thousands — grown through trust, week after week.
What begins as a small learning circle in a Viennese living room quickly becomes a fixture.
WOW gets a home — and circles become programs.
For the first time, hundreds of women come together in a single evening.
New formats for new phases of life: learning, retreats, celebrations.
Hamifgash Club, Young WOW, Active WOW and WOW — a circle of its own for every phase of life.
And the story continues — with you.

Raised in Montreal and holding an education degree from Israel, Shterna Gruzman serves as a Chabad Shlucha in Vienna. Together with her husband she co-founded the Lauder Chabad Campus, which they have directed for 30 years — today welcoming its third generation.
She has taught since 1984 in Montreal, Vienna and across Europe. Her heart is in community and guidance: she leads Bat Mitzvah clubs, teen programs, Kallah classes and Shabbatons — and founded WOW to accompany Jewish women through life's milestones.
